Missing email accounts from cPanel

I have an issue with cPanel, I have two email accounts and it is showing in the path /home/username/mail/domainname/ but not showing from the front end, please advise a solution for the case

Try below

1 ) check the permission and ownership of the mail folder, and make sure all set correctly

2) Create the account in frontend with the same name shown in the backend, the data will be available in the account once the user created with the same name
