Unable to install cPanel

I am getting the below error while installing cPanel, anyone can advice how to fix it
 

NetworkManager is installed and running, or 2023-05-16 01:40:51 234 [3708] (ERROR): configured to startup.

Try this 
 

systemctl stop NetworkManager.service

systemctl disable NetworkManager.service
