cPanel & WHM update failure in upcp script

Question

We have received the below Cpanel alert,

The automatic cPanel updates are mostly failing due to the rpmup script not completing. If you run rpmup manually, you should be prompted to accept the license terms, which should then update the packages necessary. You can manually run rpmup by running the following command via SSH as root:

/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/rpmup

 
While the script is running, you should be prompted to accept the license terms. Once accepted, the package updates should be complete. If these updates are complete, then the cPanel update should no longer fail due to these packages. However, please keep in mind that if the package provider's license terms change again in the future, you will need to repeat this process.
