I found that device_health_metrics seems to be managed by the Ceph Manager. To resolve the issue, follow these steps:
1. Create a New Manager: If you already have a second manager, proceed to step 2.
2. Remove the First Manager: Delete the initial manager (this does not result in data loss) and wait for the standby manager to become active.
3 . Recreate the Original Manager: Once the initial manager is recreated, the pool should be restored.
