How to genate CSR request from windows server

How we can create CSR requests from the IIS 10 server?

In the Windows start menu =>Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager => Connections

Click the server name =>IIS section =>Server Certificates =>  Actions menu => Create Certificate Request

In the Request Certificate wizard enter the necessary information, then click Next

On the File Name page, under Specify a file name for the certificate request => Finish
