error while creating email account in cPanel

I am getting the below error while creating an email account, any suggestions

The disk-write test failed to write 1 MB to a temporary file

It could be because of either of the 3 below scenarios,

1 ) The account quota exceeded

2) Inode limit exceeded

3) Account permission issue
