Why do emails always going to spam folder ?

I am using cPanel for email hosting, most of my emails from legitimate addresses keep going to my spam folder, and some are not receiving

It is hard to understand and predict the issue without understanding your setup
 

1) Are you using any external email filters ?

2)There is a default email filter in cPanel called "spam assasin" try disable the same and how it goes
3) Better to contact the hosting support

The cPanel Spam Assassin was the culprit

Glad to hear that, make sure there are policies enabled otherwise inbox will explode with spam emails
